⟡ Social Media Usage ⟡
1) Social media and stream usage is defined as personal use, not commercial use. Commercial use is defined when my artwork is used for merchandise in which a personalized fee will be discussed.2) All commissioned artwork is subject to being posted on social media by creator. This includes WIP images.3) Credit is required when commissioned artwork is used.4) If an NDA is required and I am not allowed to post your OC on social media, an extra fee and time limitation will be discussed.
⟡ Making a request ⟡
1) You must provide clear and concise requirements and expectations upfront. This includes any and all reference materials along with pose or expression requests. Any requests made later in the process will not be accepted.2) Restrictions include but are not limited to furries, mechs, underage characters, excessive muscles, gore, copied styles, and gender identities or cultures the Artist may not be able to portray authentically.
⟡ Timeline and Process ⟡
1) Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, and may take up to 2 months depending on each project.2) If any delays come up, requestor will be promptly notified.3) If and only if explicitly stated or selected, I will send you progress images for feedback and revisions (see revisions section).
⟡ Revisions ⟡
1) If and only if explicitly stated or selected, I will send you progress images for feedback and revisions.2) Allowed x1 revision at sketch.3) Allowed x1 minor revision at lineart.4) Absolutely no revisions will be made once colouring has started other than hue changes.
⟡ Payment and Refunds ⟡
1) Work is not started until payment is received. Clients must not send money before request for payment from myself.2) Invoices must be paid within 72 hours, or the project may be cancelled.3) No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by myself.4) If I cannot complete work or there are unforeseen delays, the Client may be eligible for a full refund.5) If work done up to this point is accepted and used by the Client, I will provide a partial refund only.
⟡ Delivery ⟡
1) You will receive x3~4 fullsize PNG's of original artwork in varying sizes depending on your request type (see commission page).2) One image will include background, one without (transparent), and one with thank you note.2) Final deliverables are provided using the VGen, Pixiv, Google Drive, or similar file transfer tools.
⟡ Other ⟡
1) Client must not claim Work as their own.2) Client must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist.3) Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Miki. I am a 24 year old illustrator and I've been a digital artist since 2011~2012, but only began pursuing art professionally in 2024.My programs of choice for creating are PaintToolSAI and Gimp. I specialize in drawing cutesy character designs using high-contrast, high-sat colours with an exaggeration of highlights.I enjoy making custom character and outfit designs, particularly female, and also make streaming elements upon request such as Twitch emotes, panels, or logos.Outside of art I enjoy singing, piano, studying languages, and playing video games.
